We recommend this hotel, spent here good 3 nights. We really enjoyed the property, it was fairly clean with fantastic and brilliant staff from housekeeping to general manager. The hotel's location was super to el Carmen metro stop. A tapas restaurant for breakfast was an advantage.

The location was decent, not too far away from Starbay Casino. The staff were well-trained and responsive too.

Decent location short walk to central area-Clean, the very centre and Panama for 2 days for business, it's central. It offers well-appointed and brand-new rooms, and has well-trained staff from housekeeping to general manager.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the city center and near all the highlights you need to see. It's also conveniently situated quite close to a metro station. The rooms are large, comfortable, and very clean. The bed is really comfortable and the bathroom is modern. The service provided by the reception staff is outstanding, they are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast has a limited choice, but still decent. There are also restaurants and supermarkets in the area.

One small downside is the view from some of the rooms, as there are some rundown buildings nearby.

We had 5 good days here, would recommend the place. Modern hotel with a poolside bar, everything was lovely. The setting was comfy and decent and the staff were RESPONSIVE people from housekeeping to general manager. And it was also next to restaurant and other areas and a nice neigborhood, great service and decoration.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect - right in the heart of everything. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We loved the rooftop pool with its stunning view of the city. The room was very comfortable and had a lovely shower. Breakfast was also excellent with lots of variety.
